Before consulting, I led growth at SatisMeter through to its acquisition by Productboard in 2022. Earlier, a string of SaaS roles and a solo explainer-video studio shipping work for 30+ companies. The thread: distill messy reality into something a customer can understand.
Since late 2025 I've gone AI-native, top to bottom: 5,000+ LLM sessions, 15,000+ images generated, Claude Code daily, custom AI assistants grounded in real customer evidence. Buyer's journey analysis that used to take 10 hours per customer now runs in 20 minutes at the same depth.

AI ads at production quality
Designed and produced a pilot batch of static and video ad creative using Higgsfield, Kling, Nano Banana, and Seedance. Set up a workflow for one-shotting branded static ads that don't look AI-made.
Time-tracking to profitability
Two years as the marketing function. Interviewed agency customers, defined three core product jobs, rewrote messaging, launched a new bilingual Framer site, led a brand refresh.
Interviews rewrote the pitch
Buyer's journey oriented interviews uncovered that 95% of customers weren't comparing Raynet to the competitor it was originally positioned against. The insight reshaped messaging and case studies.
Post-acquisition pricing input
Joined through the SatisMeter acquisition. Provided pricing input as the team reworked SatisMeter's plans. Contributed to the Product Excellence Summit in San Francisco.
NPS pivot, then Productboard exit
Owned customer research, positioning, analytics, and the website end-to-end. 20+ JTBD interviews drove a pivot from simple NPS surveys to a broader product feedback platform.
